We’re proud to announce a coming upgrade to your Digital Banking experience! Beginning in February 2025,  online and mobile banking with First Federal Bank of Kansas City will become even more convenient.

What can I expect during the upgrade?

The transformation to the new digital banking platform will include the First Federal Bank of Kansas City mobile app as well as our digital banking portal on the web. With this upgrade, you can expect enhancements to your favorite features and access to new tools designed to make managing your finances easier.

Need help during the upgrade? To support you through our upgrade, our service hours will be extended temporarily!

We’re making changes to our digital banking experience because we’ve been listening closely to your feedback. You’ve shared what you loved about our previous platform, and we’re excited to bring back many of the features that made managing your finances easier for you.

These updates are all about making your experience better—simpler, smoother, and more aligned with how you want to manage your finances. We appreciate your input and can’t wait for you to see what’s coming.

There are a few important steps to take in order to prepare for the upcoming change.

  1. Mark your calendar. Our upgrade will begin on Thursday, February 6, 2025 for online bill pay and for web and mobile banking activity. These services will be unavailable at this time. Check the Upgrade Timeline and look for email reminders from us prior to these dates.
  2. Review contact information. Log in to Digital Banking and review your email and phone number. You will need this email address to access the new Digital Banking platform and mobile app on Monday, February 10, 2025.
  3. Schedule bill payments in advance. Bill payments scheduled before Thursday, February 6 will be processed through the transition period. Please closely monitor all bill payments before and after the upgrade.
  4. On Monday, February 10, the new Digital Banking platform will be available! On February 10, log in to Digital Banking in your browser and download our updated app at ffbkc.com/apple for apple users or ffbkc.com/android for android users.
