What is First Federal’s routing number?
Our routing number is 301071592. It is the first group of numbers printed on the bottom of your checks.
What do I do if I lose my debit card?
To minimize your liability, call (833) 305-5910. Internationally call (701) 461-0621.
You can also mark your card as lost or stolen in our Mobile Banking App under Manage my cards.
How do I get a new PIN?
You can call (800) 992-3808 to change your PIN. You can also change your PIN at any First Federal Bank ATM. If you have forgotten your PIN, you can request a PIN reminder be mailed to you as well.
Call your local branch and a manager or designee can change your PIN over the phone for you.
How long does it take for a debit card transaction to clear my account?
The average time is 3 to 5 business days, however this may vary.
If I have a hold on a deposit, can I still write checks off of it?
No, not until the funds become available.
What do I need to change my address?
Complete and return the Change of Address Form.
Can I set up automatic loan payments for a First Federal account?
Yes, complete and return the Automatic Loan Payment Authorization Form.
